The softitas bowl had no meat and way too much rice. The way they make pick up orders is ridiculous.

Burrito was tasty. Diet soda selection is very poor Diet Coke only. So I had to order elsewhere. The chips and guacamole is absurdly over priced. Napkins would have been nice but being considerate to the needs of the customer seems to be a thing of the past.

I paid $26 and got a half bowl with a sprinkle of cheese and a few pieces of lettuce. A whole lot of dry rice with no queso. Double meat was nice but I really cringe when I get bad service like this.

$4.50 for a Coke Zero? an absurd markup. The Burrito was okay. One day they might be nice enough to include a napkin.
