I got skimped on lettuce and rice. Would have been nice if they reached out and let me know "hey we're running low on this" or "would you like to replace this with something else". Communication with customers definitely could be better. Also I paid $6 for a little cup of guacamole that is not worth the size.

They always give me like half an onion in my Burrito. The chips were also stale and inedible but other than those issues the burrito was good.

The carnitas were extremely dry almost like jerky texture. My son Loves carnitas and didn't like it. The kids meal doesn't give the option to select 2 of the same side. I marked pinto beans but they only gave 1 serving and left the other side of his tray empty. They forgot our Nantucket juice. This service was the worst we have had and have mad chipotle many times. so not sure if under new management or the workers just didn't care today.

There was 3 small pieces of meat in my entire Burrito and it was soggy although it was made less than 20 minutes ago. I paid like $25 for beans, rice, and tomatoes in a wet blanket tasting tortilla. I think they did tus because this was avl delivery order and that's not right.

Typically the burritos are actually burrito sized where they put allthe ingredients in and you get your moneys worth.
But the last few times I've been getting smaller and smaller. This burrito fits in my palm... Do not recommend unless uoure there to watch them make it
