One of our Burrito Bowl orders was made wrong. The Large Side of Queso Blanco was chunky. They didn't give us forks or napkins.

The last few times I've ordered, half the toppings are missing and they forgot extra chicken. I didn't receive the extra chicken, cheese, corn salsa, or sour cream. The chips were also stale.
