Forgot why I don't order from here until I forgot and ordered from here. This is the most disappointing Chipotle I've ever ordered from. At least it's a consistent disappointment. The bowl was cold, had clumpy mushy rice, and about half of a scoop of rice/bean/chicken. The burrito was cold. The chips were beyond stale; they were basically oil soaked and chewy. Hopefully this makes me remember why I don't order from here.

My burrito bowl was mostly rice with little toppings and the meat was like a half portion. Tried the new garlic steak, paid more and got less on top of the fact that it was over cooked and tough.

Over the past week I've noticed they are consistently serving half the amount of food in the bowl as they would give in person. Extremely dissatisfied to still be hungry after finishing this $17 bowl.

I open my chipotle Burrito Bowl just to see that I didn even received a full serving of any of food I ordered including topings, it wasn't even a full bowl. The chips were soggy and bland and weren't enjoy whatsoever.

They did not include all of the ingredients i asked for and the ingredients i did ask for, they barely included any. I got a bunch of rice to fill up the bottom of the bowl, barely any beans, meat, veggies.... just VERY disappointing! Just because a customer doesnt physically come into the store, doesnt mean accuracy and such isnt still the expectation!!!!!!
