Chips & Queso Blanco chips were all broken up. Only had half a ramekin of queso. price is ridiculous. Burrito Bowl was the smallest portion I've ever received. hardly any rice or meat. mostly beans and lettuce. Such a poor experience to never know how much a bowl will have in it.

i'm a little frustrated bc we all know how chipotle is notorious for skimping on portions, especially when you order online. but i paid $7 extra for double meat and i expect to receive double meat bc that's what i paid for... all the food tasted good, just annoyed with not getting what i paid for.

I ordered door dash chicken salad bowl and they were out of fajita toppings at 8:45 pm. So I said I had already ordered a small guacamole and they could just give me extra guacamole since they were out of a common topping well before closing. The store told my door dasher that they couldn't do that because they were out of a hot topping so they couldn't give me an extra cold topping. What??! They didn't even bother to give me any extra chicken or anything with a small portion size to boot. Done with this chipotle.

the burrito bowl didn't give me the option to select rice, cheese, salsa, etc. So when I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with everything in it... I just recieved a bowl of chicken.... for $23!!! Absolutely BS. Will not Doordash from here ever again.
