The Burrito's and Chips & Queso Blanco were amazing! First time I have ate at this place and was surprised at how big the burritos are. I couldn't finish mine and I was HANGRY! I will definitely order again! The packaging and labeling were spot on as well!

I am so glad you came to Kingsport. I haven't ever had Chipotle and was really looking forward to it. I was not let down! I usually don't get chicken but it's amazing! My only complaint is that I wish the Chips & Queso Blanco was bigger because it's so good!

So I got a second chance to taste food from this location. My friends ordered us a meal and the bowls were accurately prepared but chicken tasted over cooked. Disappointing since this location charges customers $2.80 more to order via DoorDash vs picking up via drive through

chips were stale plus too expensive at almost $6. 20oz bottle of soda for $4.50 is too expensive. The sofritas for the burrito bowl tasted only of spice and nothing else, did not taste good at all.
