Order wasn't ready at the estimated pickup time, I had to wait a few minutes for them to even come to the window to to make it when I arrived, and they didn't include any chips in my bag. :( I love Chipotle so this was a sad experience.

They loaded up my Burrito Bowl!! Everything was correct and packaged with thought! My Poppi Orange was ICE COLD too!! Always a good pair with Chips!!

I like Chipotle generally, but they did not prepare our order correctly. We ordered a burrito and a burrito bowl (the receipt attached to the order clearly stated this), but they prepared two bowls.

My bowl was half empty. I can understand that no beans would throw off proportions but they shouldn’t make up half the bowl what 😭
