The food is pretty good. I got two chicken tacos. They were good but sadly cold.
I suggest you eat whatever you order in the store, rather than to-go or pick up.
I got a side of chips and salsa for $2.00+ and they did not even fill a small side cup up the whole way.

There should probably be some form of spice indicator for the sauces.. especially if they're just dumped on the food with no side option! Couldn't even finish my meal. Also the portion was almost half this time and I paid for extra.. $20 for a half full burrito bowl.

Portion was maybe 2/3 what it should be. Rice was "al dente" and the veggies were not cooked all the way. Everything was lukewarm.

burritos came cold and mine had the wrong ingredients. white rice instead of brown, no lettuce, hot red salsa instead of medium green salsa. chips were stale and there were barely any in the bag, at least half the amount there normally are. usually things come pretty decent and not the wrong ingredients so this was very disappointing.
