We ordered large chips & cheese for $9 and got a one inch tall queso, and not exaggerating 19 chips. The quesadilla was missing items, the sour cream was watery, we didn't get any silverware as we had requested. It cost us $60 for that, and then when you try to call them, you can't talk to the store, just a customer complaint line.

No burritos in the burrito! Just rice, steak and sour cream. No Chicken in the chicken bowls? Literally just rice. Horrible!! Pd. 75.00 for this?!?!?! Can't even give 1 star. Pd for queso. No queso. This order was really really bad!

ordered 2 chicken Burrito Bowls. both were skimpily made. bowls were only half and 3/4 filled. the one with extra chicken did not have extra chicken. the other only had a few pieces of chicken. missing corn in both. and the request for half portions of beans were much less than that. bag nor bowls were sealed. felt like this order was a was of money.

I have to remember not to order from this store again They never seal or staple the bag or even fold it over I ordered chips and salsa and the chips are poured into the bag and it is wide open for anyone or anything to get in it

Wow! The burrito bowls were very skimpy. The quality of Chipotle has really gone down hill for a long time. Hardly a way to keep people coming back.
