I usually enjoy ordering from Chipotle because the portions are generous and satisfying. However, this time was really disappointing. The bowl I received was noticeably skimpy—there was barely any rice or beans. Based on Chipotle’s own serving sizes, I should have received around 4 ounces each of rice and black beans, but what I got looked closer to 1/4 cup of each. For the price, this felt like a letdown, especially compared to past orders. I hope this was just a one-off mistake and not a sign of declining portion sizes.

The quesadilla arrived to me smashed and torn in the container, as though it had been thrown in or smushed in to fit. There was salsa all over the container. I ordered sour cream as a side and received less than a teaspoon of sour cream in the container. The burrito was the size of my fist. This is the first time I have felt that eating here was a waste of money and I will not be back.

Burrito Bowl is YUMMY and FANTASTIC as ALWAYS. The SMOKED BRISKET just MELTS in your mouth amongst all the other flavors included. IT IS DIVINE.

i payed 11.50 for a bowl. i know that all bowls come with many topping but i selected only rice because thats what i was in the mood for hug but when i opened it up my bowl was not even half way full. i dont know who thought this would be good enough to send off but i am very unimpressed with this and expect way more for what i payed for

Food was terrible. Few pieces of chicken in a bland pile of rice and beans. Plus I ordered tacos and got a bowl. $46 with a 25% off code for this food is awful.
