The Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco was absolutely disgusting - the chips were stale and the queso was grainy bc it's been reheated so many times

The first time I ordered, it was perfect with big portions. The second time I ordered 3 bowls, but only 1 was delivered so I had to order the two again, but the portions were still good. Third time I ordered, portions were small and one of the bowls was missing tomatoes. Overall, inconsistent, so take a risk.

Burrito bowls were 1/3 of the size less in size than they normally are. Both were missing sour cream. The double wrapped burrito was missing items and the 2 smaller burritos were mostly rice. We order Chipotle all the time and this was terrible. Quality control was missing

The chicken burrito bowl looked amazing. From the first to the last bite, the chicken tasted burnt. Not a fan. It'll be a long time before I order this again.

You would be much better off going in to the store vs door dashing. I got 75% less than I normally do.
