I do not know what is going on with Chipotle, but this was not a great experience. I got a steak Burrito Bowl. more than half of the steak was fatty or grisly. the cilantro was bad, and I had to spend more than half of my lunch hour picking it out. it was brown and slimy. there were some fresh leaves in the bowl as well, but the majority was gross. I love sour cream, but I do not generally like to have my bowl swimming in sour cream. I also, did not get the queso I paid for. on top of all this, when the driver got there to pick my order up, they didn't even have it. the driver had to call door dash to prove an order was placed. this was my 3rd try in a row with Chipotle, and each has gotten steadily worse. the first few times I had it, it was amazing. guess Ill pay extra to go to Pancheros from now on.

Asked for fajitas in my bowl there was literally two green pepper slices. There was hardly any sour cream, chicken, or beans. The only thing there was a lot of was rice. Barely any lettuce either. Same Thing on the burrito: there was hardly any meat, sour cream, or beans. It was basicallyall rice. Chipotle sucks

My rice was hard and under done and my veggies soft and mushy like leftover. One good thing was wrapped well. First time ive had a bad experience.

The chips were extra extra salty to the point we couldnt eat them. We ordered extra chicken and there was hardly any chicken at all on it.

Ordered a salad with steak, and because I'm doing keto I skipped the rice and beans. You would think they would give me a little extra salad since I paid for the rice and beans, but nope. The steak was cold and chewy (even though my dasher delivered it quickly), and the $4 upcharge for guac gave me all of a teaspoon. I'm full of regret. 2 stars is being generous, this was awful and I was really looking forward to it after fasting. $19 wasted
