I've been a Chipotle customer for 20 years now. The white rice was severely undercooked, making both the burrito and bowl nearly inedible. The steak was overcooked and dry. There wasn't nearly enough barbacoa in the bowl. The pico wasn't drained before adding the scoop to the bowl. This won't stop me from being a regular customer, but this was the worst Chipotle experience I've ever had.

Things tasted ok for the most part. The rice was pretty dry and crunchy. The portions of meat in my orders were small considering I paid for double meat in each. So having spent almost 60 bucks for two people at chipotle, im not very impressed.

Chips & Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa were very fresh not stale the bonito Burrito Bowl was loaded and amazing....... Best Chipotle I've ever had!!!

well Chipotle has done it again first of all I would like to know where the 4th of the bowl is at picture attached. it's hardly no cheese on this so why order it there's no fresh salsa on there very little they rationing out the stuff again as usual. and the common practice I noticed a lot of these restaurants are doing when they sent out there to go orders they do not put no silverware napkins or condiments with it that's the going practice for Summit County the queso for some reason was watery and I ordered a side of chips and salsa I ordered the salsa extra because they never put enough on the burrito bowl and they don't never give you a full cup of that
