Increasing prices while not being able to wrap a burrito is an interesting strategy. My Burrito maybe had more tortilla than actual filling, while just being folded it seems and not wrapped at all. The Quesadilla my friend received had half the rice as usual and the chicken was in on area and of course not enough. Not worth it in the slightest

Forgot my guacamole that I paid $4 more food, rice is literal sticky rice it's so over done, it was 90% rice. I can count how many black beans were in the bowl, almost no toppings. Chips were not seasoned.

my bowl had almost no rice, i paid for extra chicken and i didn't even get a standard portion. the whole bowl didn't even cover the whole bottom of the container. chicken was burnt and chips were stale too.

I've never had a worse order from them. chips were stale, rice was hard, beans were old and gummy, paid for extra chicken and there was barely any. I threw out half of it, it was that bad. I won't eat there again, which is shame because I've enjoyed it in the past.
