Got an empty small cup instead of organic apple juice box. Food was all cold (not dashers fault- they were prompt). Burritos were SMALL. Less than half the size they used to be. These were Taco Bell burrito size. Very unfortunate

The large queso I ordered came in a very small cup, I think they misread it but that was a lot of money, there was not enough to go around. I was told the burrito was good though not worth the money.

The rice is hard and crunch and it's mostly just rice and there's different temperatures through the whole Burrito and I paid $2 for a quarter size of queso at the end of my Burrito.

I eat chipotle often. They clearly were out of chicken, and instead of waiting for more chicken, they threw a few shreds of chicken on the burrito and called it good. It was basic a vegetarian burrito. Another one of thoseyou should be in person to order instead of doing mobile order so you can quality check it and not waste your money.

Carnitas burrito had maybe a tablespoon of meat and excessive rice. This has happened before so I wonder if it's a thing to over-stuff burritos with rice when the particular meat is running low. I'd rather my order just be canceled if that's the case. Best to order at the store if possible so you can see how they're making your food and request adjustments.
