First off my food was cold, I had a teaspoon of chicken in my bowl and my chips were stale that I paid a xtra $6 for . Defitnately not as goodas the last time I got this .i was very dissapointed . Do better chipotle .

We ordered food and while door dash delivered very quickly, our tacos were basically all shell. My soft tacos had mostly cheese and a couple pieces of lettuce and the cheesy Gordita crunch had 1 tablespoon of meet in the entire thing. We love Taco Bell so this was such a disappointment!

A disaster. Got chips, 3 tacos hard shell and 3 tacos soft shell. Soft ones came in a ripped foil sheet and spilled all over my floor and son. They're a disgusting wet mess why would you not put them in a container like anything else. My hard shell ones came with laughably almost nothing inside of them. Comparing the two side by side was hilarious. One stuffed so full it's a mess one so empty it's almost like just eating empty taco shells. Insane. Idk what they're thinking :( the chips something you think cant be messed up. Yup that was bad too. 15 chips in a whole side order. 3$ for like 15 chips? Come on. Normally we get 3x that amount lol. Idk who is working today but They obviously don't care about customers or quality in any way at all. I regret it almost every time I get from this specific shop. Other locations are totally fine. Sometimes this place is okay too but when they're bad. They're so bad :(

Disappointed that I paid $3 extra for Carne Asada and there were only 4 pieces of meat in the burrito. Otherwise the food was good.
