The meat was tough and fatty. The beans were crunchy and for $3.50+ for guacamole, I should get more than a tablespoon.

I ordered chicken and got the steak quesadilla without the guacamole. The $6.20 Chips & Queso Blanco was a tiny cup of the queso... it was 30 min later than projected and cold. I'm a Chipotle fan but this was a poor experience for $42!

Burrito easily the worst Chipotle I've ever eaten, probably the worst burrito I've ever eaten: everything was cold, with pockets of extra cold. The meat, which I ordered extra of was almost non existent, the veggies tasted, to the point that I ended up opening up the burrito and pulling them out. In doing so, I still found hardly any meat inside, which again, was the most expensive part of the meal, and the part I ordered extra of. l

I won't order from this place again. Felt like I was ripped off.
My chicken burrito was a tortilla with some cold, dry chicken inside. Not filled with meat & rice & beans, not topped with sour cream & cheese. Just cold, dry chicken.
My chicken quesadilla was a tortilla that had been cut in half... and some cold, dry chicken inside. The side containers were empty. No cheese, no guacamole, no sour cream, not even a drop of salsa. Just cold, dry chicken and a half empty box.
