Food was not fresh. Guacamole looked like brown with some fresh mixed in. Fajita vegetables were overcooked. The flavor was off. The quality was not consistent with what I have seen from other Chipotle locations.

Didn't provide cutlery and paper towels either.
This store used to be better.

The burrito was cold when I received it and it only had a smidgen of chicken. The chicken wasn't even the burrito it was on the outside (between the foil and tortilla).

At best, my bowl had scraps of chicken. This significantly low chicken portion happened a few times when ordering online vs going direct to the store.
