this was a poor experience due to lazy preparation and questionable care. the burrito foil was unwrapped at both ends, and the tortilla itself so loosely wrapped it was more like a squishy pillow. daughters Kid's Quesadilla came without any cheese. the Large Side of Guacamole had pieces of lettuce in it and tasted mostly of sour cream.

The bowl was haphazardly put together. I ordered onions and peppers to be added on my bowl. I literally counted 3 pieces of green pepper and 5 onions. I also asked and was charged for extra meat. I struggled to find any chicken at all, especially not extra meat as I paid for!

Every time I get steak on a Burrito its like I get 4 small chunks of steak and then they fill the rest with rice and lettuce, its not worth the $ for what you get

I ordered two Burrito Bowls and both were barely half as full as when I go to the restaurant and order it in person. Both had maybe a half scoop of rice and practically no sourcream and cheese. Im very disappointed in chipotle right now. They are usually very good about putting a good amount in the bowls.

Chip fixed my food horribly! They did not give me the correct po of rice. I basically had no rice. I also got the barracuda meat & chicken. It was basically like I only got one option of meat. They hardly put any lettuce. My bowl was 30$ but it was not worth it.
