Burrito was big and I couldn't eat it all so I saved the rest for later. Burrito was a little spicy but I have a low spice tolerance so this does not count against chipotle.
Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco sauce is a little thick I'm used to thin cheese sauce so it's ok not the worst. I still ate it. Overall it was pretty good and I would order it again.

Waste of money. Everything was stale, the chips and the taco shells. Also, charging that much for chips & queso and then giving a barely half full queso is a rip off.

I have ordered a few times and had issues every time. Every time I order my burrito with extra chicken but the burrito comes with very little chicken on it. The chips this time were undercooked and not edible. Overall poor quality food and service.

Burrito Bowl had very little meat and we paid for extra, Burrito had very little meat. Waste of money to pay for extra for no reason. Chips are hard or soggy with oil.

Usually no problems but this was poorly constructed bowl. Person just threw it all together not doing any quality control. Had 2 giant chucks of lettuce and they didn't cut the carne asada. Got one giant piece that looked like a spider with steak legs hanging off. Clearly didn't make sure to cut the steak and when I didn't it was tough. No big deal but ended up tossing most of it.
