I ordered from this restaurant recently, and the pistachio cream was delicious and had a slight crunchy texture. When I ordered the same thing today, the pistachio cream seemed much different, completely smooth and less flavorful. It almost tasted more like peanut butter than pistachio. I'm not sure why the quality control varied so much in a week.
