Salad was great, although the cheapest toppings were definitely the most prevalent. Understandable I suppose, but...there were like 5 cranberries per bite compared to four pieces of chicken in the whole large salad. I felt a bit shorted. The tomato soup was bland but inoffensive.

I love this place, has great salads!The ingredients are always fresh and the salads seem made to order; not prefabricated or made in the morning to last all day. I love the accompanying bread (2 pieces please).
The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because this is my first order in an extremely long time (I used to order several time per month, sometimes per week), and this Classic Cobb Salad didn't live up to my previous orders.
I had a half of avocado that wasn't chopped up or even cut, and it was brown in places. I had a whole boiled egg that wasn't cut either. I guess my definition and their definition of heavy dressing isn't the same. Though I requested mixed in heavy dressing, I still had to add dressing.
I did get the extra bacon I ordered though. Overall this is a great place to get a salad. The Classic Cobb Salad is my favorite, though I also recommend the Kale Cesar. You can also build your own salad.
I'm not holding this against them and I will order again!

Ive had the Kale Caesar Salad many times and have never had a problem. I always ask for light dressing (because every employee always heavy pours when I ask for regular) and get a couple add ins like chicken and avocado. This specific salad that I received tonight had BARELY a squirt of dressing on it so I'm eating a bowl of dry kale with an occasional bite of very limey avocado. There is no other flavor or texture to it because of the lack of dressing. I'm very disappointed especially since these salads are expensive to begin with and now I've wasted $16 on a dry salad.

So, I ordered panko chicken in my salad. my salad came with the two chunks you see in the photo. We received the incorrect dressing. For over $15.00, this was a complete waste of money. (photo was taken without a bite being taken. spent time looking for the chicken that is nonexistent)

One giant bowl of 99% lettuce , maybe 2 eggs and a few scraps of cicken cubes maybe 6- 8 small cubes . Fork was not in plastic . I suppose the dasher had to fill my xtra dressing request . I received one small container of pure balsamic vinegar. Never again . Too expensive for that
