Falling in Chocolate was supposed to have fudge truffle ice cream. I think they substituted chocolate Silk almond milk ice cream. In any case, it was awful. They did not contact me before making a substitution, as I requested. All around bad experience.

Over filled dish, by the time it arrived it was melted and overflowing next time just split it between 2 dishes

They put about 3 berries in TOTAL in my ice cream. The mix-ins were almost non-existent all through out the pint. I also paid EXTRA for cheesecake bites and they didn't add them.

If they deign to accept the order (which they do about a third of the time), they won't actually do anything you pay for. Add mix-ins, they'll happily charge you but won't add them. They also "do not accept special requests," which shouldn't be allowed. Avoid at all costs, please.
