Of course, the ice cream was great, exactly what you would expect, but I ordered and paid for a "love it" size, and what I got was a "like it". (Unless Cold Stone has just made their cup sizes smaller)

Sent the wrong kind of ice cream, in a flavor I do not like. Apparently, someone texted as they were handing the package to Driver, while it was too late to respond. The text was unclear, and they did not respond to clarification texts. The combination they chose was horrible, and they only refunded $1.90 on a $17 order ($25 total) for 2 ice creams.
