• DoorDash orderI always order a medium and instead of receiving a medium, they give me a small. I received my ice cream in a small cup with an empty medium cup.. Why do they do this? They are a little stingy with the toppings compared to in-person. Other than that, the ice cream is good.

• DoorDash orderI placed an order for a variety pack of ice cream sandwiches. What I received were 4 very old Oreo cookie sandwiches with ice crystals on them. The cookies were somehow mushy and warped. Some concave some convex.
