Overrated but not bad. The cookies are okay sometimes depends on the week. Some of the flavors are just a big nope and some are so sweet they are almost inedible to a normal person. Some don't seem baked well enough. Last weeks rice Krispy treat was absolute garbage. Chocolate chip cookie was good. But you can get a good chocolate chip cookie in a lot of places for less. What you're really buying here is the novelty of having a cookie of the week. I like to see what they come up with, it's fun.

The staff is rude and seemed to busy to help. I stood behind a lady that was being helped for the guy to hand her, her order only to never acknowledge me. Then a gentleman came in as I was fill waiting to be greeted alone wirh a group of young girls and a women a small child to all be greeted and helped and no one asked me anything. Finally a guy came from the back never even seeing me as the other 3 ppl up front did and proceeded to ask me had I been helped and my name becuase the look on my face spoke volume. I gave him my name he secured my order. Even said have a good day while the others still stuck in their work and the girl finally walking from baking to help someone at the register!
