Three of the four cookies, the two M and M, and Cheesecake cookies were terrible, like the ingredients just couldn't be right. The Milk Chocolate Chip was great. So not asking for anything, just providing feedback and our assurance this experience will not impact our appreciation for Crumbl/Door Dash, which you can see while we are certainly not among your largest customers, we are consistent loyal to Door Dash.

I literally cannot understand why they would stack two frosted cookies on top of each other but that's so strange and it ruined two cookies we were excited to share with multiple people. Very peculiar, almost called the store to ask the reasoning

I paid extra for the happy birthday message... didnt receive it. Also, the big cookies are usually very well put together , but the minis I ordered look extremely sloppo y. I am bringing them to a birthday party and they look like they were mangled.
