the cookies were very warm, and they were super soft. the ones that I got were cake batter and strawberry milk. cake batter is my ultimate favorite.. but as for strawberry milk, it's ok. i see why these cookies are very expensive, they're not only very big but also very good. and keep in mind that this store sells over 200 flavors, but only puts in 4-5 flavors a week, disregarding the regular milk chocolate chip.

Tried Crumbl for the 1st time and LOVED it! Definitely worth the price, you get large cookies. The Fruity Pebbles one is my favorite! Definitely ordering again soon.

Some of them were just overwhelming. And undercooked. Flavors werent my favorite compared to others and seemed a little overpriced for quality . Despite the big cookies they're not my favorite

Previoulsly had a negative experience but ordered again and they've added a sticker to prevent tampering and cookies were great - THANK YOU FOR ADDING THE STICKER! It made all the difference in our experience :)
