Crumbl has gone way downhill. The last TWO times I have ordered from them the cookies have been SUPER DRY and hard. Not sure if the cookies are a couple of days old or just overcooked, but the quality is not what it used to be. I used to love their original pink sugar cookies (they used to be moist and soft- perfect texture, but these days they are hard and dry). Their prices are outrageous and the quality sucks. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Dont waste your money.

2 cookies (sugar with pink frosting) were so cold all the way through the middle it seemed they had been frozen which was dissapointing. The other flavors were fine but not really worth the price.

The cookies were pretty good. I don't know if they're worth all the hype and the high price, but I only had 2 options to choose from. Probably because we ordered so late. I'll give them another try sometime and see what I think, then.
