The chocolate French silk pie was a runny chocolate pudding that spilled over into the box onto the other cookies. The runny chocolate pudding was poured over a chocolate cookie in a small pie tin. It was the first item that I haven't loved from Crumbl. I will not order this item again.

strawberry shortcake needs more strawberry applepie well just a dab of pie filling on top of a sugar cookie I don't beleive hair belongs on my shortcake either put your hair under a hairnet

The product is good but the service is very poor, particularly for a premium-priced product. The store staff completely ignored my pick-up order despite me checking in upon my arrival. I waited over 30 minutes in-store after being told they were working on my party box order. Meanwhile many customers placed and received orders during my wait.

The strawberry crumb cake was okay, always love chocolate chip and pink sugar cookie. The nilla bean cupcake was the best of them all. 10/10 recommend.
