Cookies were amazing, only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is because one of the cookies I placed an order for was sold out and was not advised when I arrived. I don't mind that it was sold out but I would have greatly appreciated if the staff let me know so I could pick another flavor of my choice. Instead they put a random flavor. Cookies were great and as I expected them to be.

The cookies were good however the only complaint I have is the service k ordered the cookies at 8:30 and went to pick them up at around 9 and didn't receive my cookies until 9:30 the wait was extremely long.

The store did not handle the packing neatly there was chocolate all around the box. As for the cookies they were not all that I dont know what the hype was all about.

Usually these cookies are delicious. I've now had them 6-7 times and unfortunately there have been two times when it seems the preparation team forgot an ingredient or two. Cookies came flat lacking the usual quality. Consistency is expected at a location of such quality. Overall, delicious cookies, with the periodic disappointment
