Everytime I order from crumbl they never have the cookies they say they do. Tonight 3 out of the 4 cookies I dashed werent there after the fact ordered them and the dasher had to text me to let me know. Pretty annoying when youre paying $6 a cookie.

Very disappointed in the order. 3/4 cookies were overbaked. I buy Crumbl regularly- these were not standard Crumbl quality. Super dry edges.

Some of the flavors are really good, some are too sweet, some are too crunchy for me. The Kentucky butter cake one is amazing. The peanut butter one was not very good at all. I’ve tried two different types of chocolate cookies and feel they are overly sweet and rich. Just depends on what you like, I suppose.

Blue crumble so good. Cookie dough next. Ultimate peanutbutter and then the dark chocolate. All very good dark chocolate is a lot of chocolate.
