I was amazed when one of The cookies in the mini pack "the strawberry short cake " was frozen cold in comparison to the other cookies which were hot warm and cooked . This cookie was clearly unbaked and decorated raw . It was crystal clear, called manager who wanted me to drive the cookie for her to see , after she seen and felt the cookie being cold and doughy , she said it was normal . I was grossed out it was clearly not normal . I told her to throw it all away , I did not even recieve an apology or new cookies ! Yuk!!

the cookies look nothing like the pictures. 3 of them are large misshapen. more oval than round and sitting on top of the cookie next to them. the blueberry only had a drop of the topping. the buckeye did not look appealing. just a blob of chocolate resembling something nasty on top of the cookie
