• DoorDash orderCookies were smashed and not presentable for my mother's birthday she of course still tried one as you see from the picture but this is how they were cookies. They had to be peeled from the lid of the box! Not good!

• DoorDash orderSometimes overbaked, sometimes underbaked; like all cookies, overbaked is better for regular while underbaked is better for minis. || The store is very reliable until it nears the end of the week. Even if the cookies don't look as aesthetically pleasing or consistent; recipe matters more. Then, the substitutes begin depending on weekly popularity. So please add some sort of note that this is the case as opposed to an error, moreso when it's a substitute nothing like what was substituted.
