We're a cozy and eclectic cafe/bistro with globally inspired cuisine using clean, locally grown ingredients.
The california bbq salad is the perfect combo of flavors and they dont skimp on the chicken or bbq sauce . It's stacked in a way that keeps th lettuce crisp if indont eat all of it right away too.
Tomato basil soup was also flavored very well.

The breakfast bowl was delicious! There's enough left for another meal...Wow! The diced potatoes were amazing, very tender, moist and flavorful. I also got them as my side and I'm very happy that I get another meal out of them. The eggs were scrambled perfectly. I think this might be my new favorite restaurant!!

Did a Kids Burger with sweet potato fries and the Parm Garlic sauce with Soup as a side. It was a rainy gross IL day and this hit the spot. Only reason for 4 stars is the burger and fries were a bit dissapointing. Fries were underdone and about half still had a bit of bite to them in the middle. Burger had very sad lettuce and tomato with a hard core that made the burger hard to eat without taking them off. The Soup and Parm Garlic sauce were the all-stars here. Soup could've been a meal itself with the bowl serving, tons of shredded chicken and rice and well seasoned. Sauce puts Bdubs to shame and was a great compliment on the burger and fries.
Overall, Would order here again.

Food was really good but gumbo do not come with rice as listed. grilled chicken very tasty and those wings I must have every single time. cookies fresh and homemade. I took a pount of for the misleading about gumbo served with rice

The meat in The Cuban Sandwich was so dry and the flavor was very bland compared to other Cubans I've had. The cheese curds were delicious along with the fruity pebbles cookie and the Ginger Peach Spritz. The Cuban Sandwich was very disappointing.
