Doordashed and both times they have forgot to add food and also make the burgers really sloppy. Added extra pickle and they gave me 2. So I would hate to see what regular pickle is. Getting charged $8 for Onion Rings you never get though every time is annoying. Newurgh culvers isnt reliable.

Ordered 2 fish North Atlantic Cod Sandwich, the fish was delicious, but both were customized for no lettuce, and added pickles and tomatoes, they both had just lettuce and tartar sauce. The receipt even showed the customizations.

Went to go pick my food up @ 10:36 and noone would come to the window and I waited till someone would come to the window and I see in the back all the employees leaving they already had my food made! Very unprofessional!
