We'd never tried a KDawg before, it was really good. We got the full cheese one, kind of like a big mozarella stick with Asian flavors.
Rock chicken and beef Combo Bop was our favorite. Got number 3 spice and it wasnt spicy at all, but delicious and sweet.

The food is always super tasty. My only complaint would be the lack of consistency when it comes to portion sizes. Sometimes I feel like my entire bowl is all rice and no chicken, or even when I order vegetables instead it seems like I only get a few sad pieces of veggies when it's supposed to be the same amount as if I got a second protein.

I got the Combo Bop with krunch chicken, kko kko chicken and extra krunch chicken on sauce level 6. The food was tasty, I ended up liking the Krunch more than the kko kko, which was slightly sweet and creamy. but it was good food. Was it worth 20$ through doordash? idk, but I liked it.

It's amazing how poorly managed this restaurant is. It messed up my order at least 5 times before I stopped ordering from them. Today I saw they now have ramen so decided to give it another try. Not only is the actual food far from what the photo make it look like, with rubbery, sticky noodles that can't separate, a very bland soup base, overly cooked egg and fully raw bean sprouts, it didn't have any meat! What?!
I just called the restaurant and the lady was nice enough to offer a re-make if I can go pick it up. Unfortuntely I don't ever want to put anything from this restaurant in my mouth ever again!

unsure why we suddenly have to add the noodles, cabbage, and rice manually to the order. I was still charged full price. it would be better to have an option to remove them, because my order came with just one ingredient and sauce. I love cupbop, but this was really frustrating.
