These past few years have been hard for all of us. We all experienced life in a different way, which made us feel what mattered most in our life. Redefining normalcy has been hard.
Oregon is known for…
Incredibly authentic dishes off the beaten path of this menu while the butter chicken is still tuned for the American palette but quite good. Spinach and Cheese Naan is excellent, while the Lamb Biryani Extra Hot has been a staple order for me. Try the Egg Keema if you like savory style pancakes. Try new things from here because they are all great. Watermelon lemonade is an excellent pairing for their hot dishes.

Spicy is just that, thank you it was perfect.
The flavors here are deep and authentic, rich and bold. The Chicken Boti was so tender and moist (5 stars!) the Tikka Masala rich and creamy and very spicy just as ordered, one of the best in the city.

Overall great flavors and I'm glad I ordered the assortment of dishes I did! The only disappointment was the butter chicken, which just did not have enough flavor or heat and was a tad on the sweet side for me. The Aloo Tikki Chaat and Chili Paneer were both fantastic though and the best Indian dishes I've had so far in Portland.

This Non-Veg Biryani (Lamb, Goat, Chicken, Shrimp) is quite simply the richest, most authentic oniony and well spiced biryani in Portland and that includes the fancy spots. I've been to them all. Moreover, cooked by Indian immigrants and the store owner has been a fixture of the community for about a decade before the door opened here. I believe the name of the restaurant translates roughly to "food is love" and I think you're gonna feel that if you try it for yourself.

This place is impressive. Rice comes with the dish fyi. They give you a good amount of the main dish so I would order extra side of rice! The nans are out of this world. The cheese one is the best! Prices are up there but the use quality meat as far as I can tell.
