They charge $38 fo the oreo cake on this app, however upon delivery they forgot to take the price tag off and they only charge $31.99 for the cake in store. How is this acceptable?

I usually really like this Dairy Queen but they have been going down hill lately. I got the chocolate dipped strawberry blizzard and it was totally wrong, they used the wrong type of chocolate and wayyyy over blended it. It tasted like cold strawberry sand
