Shake came without any whipped cream on top, and had a good amount of caramel sauce at the bottom. I'd say it was probably one of the worst shakes I've ever got from DQ..

Shake I ordered a caramel shake with added hot fudge sauce. What I received, & unfortunately lost the picture of, was a hot fudge shake with added caramel sauce. And I'm only writing this review because it's about the 3rd time it's happened in a short amount of time. Now this seems to only happen when I order from DoorDash or something, which obviously isn't their fault. I've been going to this DQ since I was a little girl, & I've never had issues like this, so I do want to point that out. This is a recent issue & only when ordered through third party services.

The rease's REESE'S® Peanut Butter Cup BLIZZARD® Treat was not mixed through. There were only a few pieces of peanutbutter cups on the top. The NEW! Mixing Bowl Mashup BLIZZARD® Treat didnt have any brownie in it and there was no peanut butter topping that I pid extra for, and there was no peanut butter topping on the snickers blizzard and topings werent mixed all the way through and very little of it. !
