The food is usually good, but im getting real tired of paying for extra gravy and not getting my extra gravy, or the extra cost in a large fry when its obviously short compared to a large fry

Was not given straws or spoons for my order and I know the driver didn't take them because the delivery bag was sealed. Sad unsalted fries but otherwise the rest of the food was fine.
