I was surprised the bar was STILL raised from my first experience...10/10 great value, packing, flavor, and quality!! Need in NY!

• DoorDash orderThis is my 5th go at Dave's Hot Chicken; I usually order Dave's #3: 1 Tender & 1 Slider w/ Fries. I have to say, I am blown away by the quality and taste of the food. The chicken was perfectly cooked and had enough heat for my taste buds. The fries were crispy and delicious, and the slider was flavorful, and of course, you have to have Dave's secret sauce to go with it. The portion size was just right for a satisfying meal. The prices are reasonable, which is another reason I keep returning in these crazy inflationary times.
The Mac & Cheese is so-so; it's a little too Kraft cheesy for me...much prefer a baked version, but with that said, it's still decently good.

• DoorDash orderThat Mac n Mac & Cheese was sooooooo good, but my chicken sandwiches were bland and DRY. Drowned the tendies in the sauce and honey, which made it a little better. Was expecting more slaw and sauce on my sandwiches. I wanna give it another go, maybe I just ordered on an off day.
