Everything was tasty as always. I appreciated the amount of mojo included and the crispy yucca was perfectly crispy/tender. The side of beans & rice that comes with the sandwich is generous & so flavorful. No notes on the sandwich. Melty, rich, tangy, porky goodness.

This was an excellent meal! Arrived well packaged and tasted great! The cilantro sauce was really good. Portion was perfect and the price was just right. No complaints. Will definitely eat here again.

I have reviewed this food before. I am doing another review of the VACA FRITA CHICKEN BOWLbecause I actually had pictures this time. I have the sauce on top but it does not come on top. Tender chicken and the rice is cooked well. Beans are yummy, plantain is generally good too! Id recommend.

I love Cuban food and get it every chance I get. Didnt feel like leaving the hotel in search of dinner, thought I would give them a try. Portion sizes were very generous, everything looked great. The yuca frita, though, was woody. Almost every piece had hard, fibrous strands in it. The flavor was good as was the sauce- so maybe I'm just spoiled but I've never had that happen anywhere else. The rice and beans were good, and the VACA FRITA PLATE had a huge portion of beef. It was good; could've used a bit more flavor (lime was almost non-existent) but overall I enjoyed the meal and will probably give them another try next time I am in town - may have been my choices or they just had an off night.
