My chopped brisket was very dry and some parts were inedible. We were supposed to have Texas toast, but got inedible hockey pick "biscuits." Not from our Dickie's on Garden of the God's but considerably further north. Between that and our dasher's meandering route, the food was cold.

I ordered two completely different 2 Meat Plate . They both had the brisket and ribs, which was not the chopped brisket and pulled pork that one of the plates should have been. The BBQ beans were not cooked, a bit hard, with a cloyingly sweet, inedible sauce. The green beans were way over done, and so spicy that they, too were inedible.

3 Meat Plate was a very small portion ... 2 ribs, one slice of turkey, and maybe a 1/4th cup of chopped brisket (guess they didn't have sliced as I requested). the Sweet Barbecue Sauce is very good.
