The Vegan Shanghai Rice Cakes are the best! The rice cakes are nice and chewy, not too salty, and light on the soy sauce. Sometimes I get with chicken or pork and other times I add whatever meatinhave at home. Do be aware though that this dish should be eaten the sameday as the rice cakes tend to go hard the next day & stick to each other. Kurobuta Pork Sticky Rice Wrap (1 each) - this is a nice appetizer thats slight sweet, very stick, and has unique umami flavor. Its very sticky thought so its a hod canidate for left overs. Even thought its just an individual snack its takes just as good reheated. String Beans with Garlic - this is one of my favorite appetizers. Pleany to share and good for leftovers if it's too much. .
