had a bit of an issue in regards to food prep and following special instructions, but I spoke with the manager, we worked together to figure out the root of the issue and she made it right. Excellent customer service and they take things very seriously. Excellent quality food too.

got the Rachel & Ruben, both of which were very good a lil on the greasy side the bottom of the plastic is what caused both sandwiches to be a lil soggy on the bottom side I imagine if you go to the actual place and sit in and eat I would be a 4.5 star place the sides we got were in a condimentswonder how much of a difference it would be if you actually ate there because it was nothing more than a bite in each cup super small it was basically a tease we got the Mac salad which the one in a half bites were delicious as was the 1.5 bite of the potatoe salad .... oh the bag it came in had grease all over it who ever packed it ( hopefully gloved hands) didn't care to either wash their hands after cooking and boxing the food then slid it across the flat top stove they cook on.... it really reminds me of my college days and bar food that pretty much sums it uo ..... few minor issues and it would be solid bar food... if I would of know this ahead of ordering I would of passed ate
