I ordered a large chai latte and was given a large cup but the cup was only half full and there was no cover over the sip hole even though there's a cover built into the lid itself. the doughnuts were good tho.

This day and age of never ending food delivery, you'd think that eventually Dunkin' would accidentally deliver you the right order, but this team doesn't let that happen. They miss half your items, and mess up the other half every single time. Truly a harrowing story of perseverance in the fight against the status quo. If you're looking for a total surprise to be delivered to your door, this is the place for you. They might not ever get you donuts, but they will get you a cheese quesadilla, and after all, thats what they're known for here at Dunkin' Cheesy Tortillas. 5/5 items missing for 5/5 orders is surely worthy of 5/5 stars.
