I seldom have any MAJOR complaints about Dunkin (except for the snacking bacon - hard pass). Today's order was no exception. The Dozen Donuts were delicious and the so was the Frozen Coffee , although it's never frozen when I order it - always liquid, never icy. Still good and I still keep coming back. 4/5 stars. Thanks!

Dasher was great, quick and communicated Dunkin took 30 mins to prepare my order, then got one Sausage Egg and Cheese entree wrong (and cold) and completely forgot another entree Wake-Up Wrap® - Maple Sugar Bacon. The Hash Browns were not that great, the MUNCHKINS® Donut Hole Treats were hard.

The egg on m sand were crun on one si and my sour bread was toast at all. This is my favorite Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich, but not this time. Very disappointed!

Only gave me 6 little hash browns per order. I'm glad I ordered 4 orders to make 1 of McDonald's small order of Hash Browns. Bacon was almost raw and very little on the sandwich. Did not include any jelly donuts with my order. Would not recommend ordering from Florence, AL store. What a joke.

The donuts is fine. But their coffee is nasty. I have tried different ones and today it taste burnt. Im over trying their coffee.
