Coffee was great! (When is it not, especially being delivered on a cold and rainy morning). Donuts were soft, not like that feeling where they've sat for a while. Dasher, Terry, was absolutely amazing!

English muffin was black on the edges. Burned smell in the entire delivery bag. coffee was watery. This Dunkin has always done good work in the past.

My kids love dunkin. Idk if delivery orders get less focus over drive through but the coffees never taste as good or right. The doughnut orders are always wrong. I can't complain about kids being picky to justify it being ok because it's not just one dunkin it seems to be all of the Myrtle beach area ones have this problem. I will give credit though that they always seal the box and cup tops so I never have to think it was a dasher grabbing the wrong order since they go off why's on the receipt. And we do get great dashers at least! Ordering 10 of one kind and only 2 of another shouldn't result in only 3 of the one and 9 randoms.

Every time I order a drink, it tastes different then the time before. If someone asks for eight cream and eight sugar usually means they like it sweet. But I always end up having to add more myself. The iced latte I order always taste different, I ask for four pumps of caramel, and it's either too sweet, not sweet enough or tastes watered down. can the employees please be trained to make drinks the same way so I never have to guess how my drink is going to taste when I order it.
