first off, no straw for coffee. Original Blend Iced Coffee.Dozen Donuts they weren't in a box . pictures show how they were bagged. most were squashed and there were only 11 instead of 12 and I didn't receive the correct flavors. I need a choice of stores.

This store needs to allow for 'preferences'. I didn't get the bagel with cream cheese I ordered. I got an egg on a plain bagel. The 'assorted' munchkins were all chocolate, no assortment, and stale. The hash browns were cold.

Hash Browns were burnt to the point I couldn't eat them. They were harder than rocks. Coffee tasted like hot water and my Wake-up Wrap® - Bacon Egg and Cheese was missing the bacon so it was just cheese.

Odered a dozen donuts and they apparently didnt have all the flavors, which is interesting since its already very limited on this app. But instead of calling me to get the different options they just didnt give me any. The dasher dropped off just Hot Honey Snackin' Bacon and said the store refused to call and he didn't speak English so he couldnt call. Ill stick to grafton street better customer service.
